DC Inside has done a week long poll where 15,467 people voted on Korea’s best Singer/Songwriters. With 8133 votes (52.6%), this person came in first!

G-Dragon beat out JYP as the number 1 singer/songwriter of Korea. JYP came in at a distant 1049 (6.8%).

G-Dragon has wrote and sang songs like “Last Farewell” and “Lies” while his solo album “Heartbreaker” has been on top of most Korean charts.

JYP has wrote and sang songs like “Don’t Leave Me,” “Honey,” and “She Was Pretty.”

Coming in third was Shinhwa’s Lee Minwoo with 1007 votes. He had previously wrote songs like Jewerly’s “Superstar,” “One More Life,” and V.O.S’ “Beautiful Life.”

IRIS, a new Korean drama that stars an allstar cast of Lee Byung Hun, TOP, Kim Tae Hee, Kim Seung Woo, Jung Joon Ho, and Kim Young Chul will air it’s first episode on October 14th. Today, high quality screens were unveiled. Come check em out!

IRIS went into production in March and filmed in Japan. The show will finally be aired this coming October on KBS. This week, KBS has been running television commercials (seen below) as a way of promoting the drama.

Korea’s top six girl groups will get together to appear on an MBC-TV entertainment program specially arranged to celebrate the coming “Chuseok” holiday (Korean Thanksgiving Day), a news report said.

According to the report, the television network will air the special program titled “Dalcomhan Girl” (Sweet Girl), which will feature a total of 27 girl singers from six female idol groups.

The six girl groups are Girls’ Generation, Brown Eyed Girls, After School, Kara, 4Minute, and T-ara. Wonder Girls, who are currently in the United States, are expected to make a surprise appearance through video footage.

“Dalcomhan Girl” is a reality program that covers the golden age of girl groups in Korea now. The participants will take a city bus and visit an exotic place, competing to become a winner.

Noh Hong-cheol, Jeong Hyeong-don, and Gil of the popular TV show “Moohan Dojeon” (Infinite Challenge) are to host the feature show. The show will be aired at 06:15 p.m. on Oct. 2.

Lee Seung-ki, (actor/singer) and funnyman Kang Ho-dong would co-host a new SBS program called “Kang Shim Jang“, which translates to “Strong Heart“.

The show’s first episode is slated to feature a bevy of celebrity guests, including G-Dragon and Seung-ri of Big Bang and Epik High, among others. Kang Ho-dong will be the show’s main host with Lee Seung-ki as his co-host. The program will feature 24 guests who will discuss difficulties they’ve faced in their respective pasts.

Girlgroup 4Minute’s member Kim HyunA has been put under the chopping board of the netizens for the performing costumes she wore, which was deemed indecent and inappropriate for the young fans.

A video of HyunA performing with 4Minute on their new song ‘Muzik’ has been uploaded on Youtube on 19th September, and HyunA’s minidress was spotted constantly going up while she carries out the choreography of the song.

While she was dancing, the really short miniskirt kept going up, to the point her underpants was visible. HyunA was even seen pulling her minidress down.

Obviously, the fashion malfunction lies in the fault of the group’s fashion coordinator.

Albumnya sangat ditunggu-tunggu para V.I.P di seluruh dunia.

Awal debut langsung sukses.

Tapi ditengah-tengahnya, muncul deh issue plagiarisme. Entah siapa yang memulai, pastinya sih para anti fans ikutan juga akhirnya. Mau gak mau semua V.I.P pada ikutan naik darah denger isue ini, tadinya.

Tapi lama-lama V.I.P mulai cuek. Karena kita (author jg V.I.P .red) merasa ini emang ciri khas G Dragon. Semua lagu-lagu di album Heartbreaker itu kental banget dengan ciri khasnya G Dragon. So… Anjing menggonggong, GD tetap berkibar…

Sekarang-sekarang ini, sampe ada usaha pem-boikotan artis-artis YG Family, tetap aja G Dragon berjaya di chart. Gak ngaruh tuh issue-issue-nya. Tetep aja, kalo emang dasarnya bagus ya orang pada suka laaahhh….
